I’ve come to the conclusion that whatever I’m doing right now ain’t working. I’m tired, constantly hungry, stressed from school and on top of that watching what I’m eating, trying to exercise at least an hour a day and drink enough and I just... can’t right now.
I need to figure out a plan for eating and exercising when I’m at school. I have no idea how to keep exercising when I’ll be sharing a tiny dorm room with three more people.
