Shaykh Saleh al-Fawzan حفظه الله said:
"You will be a stranger among people, so hold firmly to your religion even if most people go astray.
Even if you become a stranger among people, be patient with this.
As long as you are upon the truth, it should not concern you.
It is not upon you to please so-and-so, nor does it concern you if so-and-so is upset—what is upon you is this religion.
This requires patience, because people may talk about you, or perhaps strike you, or perhaps imprison you for your religion, but be patient with your religion.
Be patient. "Bear with patience whatever befalls you."
[Luqmān: 17]"
