Trying to be consistent and logging my food on here. I think with the amount I worked out and calories burned during the day it was just too low. I felt like shit that week. I’m still going to try to keep it at 1200 calories and try to up the protein. I need to do this healthy. I can’t go back down the road. I can’t be obsessed with the scale. I need to go with just how I feel and what I see with measurements and progress pics.

Workout and Calories Burned: Today’s workout was a bicep and back workout. It was a great workout. I notice my arms getting more toned. I can’t lift that heavy in my arms but they are getting bigger. Calories burned for workout are estimated at 230.

Breakfast: coffee black Lunch: Homemade breakfast sandwich (300)
Dinner: Went out for dinner with my parents. We went to a delicious hamburger place so I had a Hawaiian burger. It was amazing. I definitely went over calories. We then went to a cookie place down the road that was supposedly very good. I just had a chocolate chip cookie. It was okay, just super sweet! So I don't know how many calories I had.
Total: Probably close to 2000
Goal: 1000
Workout and Calories Burned: My workout was legs. I tried out the squat rack for the first time and I am so proud of myself. I've always been so self conscious to use it. I have some work to do but I just have to keep on working on it. It was a great leg day workout!
Today’s calories burned and reflections: Calories burned according to my fitbit is 2,627. Although I ate bad and I'm sure it will make my weight go up it was a great workout and it was nice to get out with my family and socialize.

Breakfast: Black coffee and caramel premier protein shake (165) Lunch: Pancakes with pbfit and syrup (319)
Dinner: lean cuisine cheese ravioli (250) yuck I used to like this but it was so gross to eat today. Canned raviolis are so much better lol.
Snacked on some chips and made half of a pb&j(340)

Workout and Calories Burned: No workout today, but I did go for a little hike. No inclines were in this hike which was nice. It was about a 40 minute walk. I have reached more than 14k steps for today!
Today’s calories burned and reflections: It’s so funny. I keep eating around 100 more calories than my goal. Not that big of a deal with how many calories I burn a day. Fitbit says I burned 2423 calories, giving me a total deficit of 1379.
HSGD Day 2
Last night I had a slim tea to help flush a lot of the water weight out of me. I wasn’t expecting my weight to go down about 3 pounds overnight, but boy did it make me happy. I need to look into getting some probiotics to help with my gut and reduce bloating.

Breakfast: Black coffee (~5)
Lunch: oatmeal with fruit and brown sugar (250)
Dinner: HEB Meal Simple Orange Chicken with rice (560)
I also snacked on a few tortilla chips and salsa. I'll just round it up to 900.

Workout and Calories Burned: Today’s workout was chest and tricep focused with a 10 minute warm up on the treadmill. After weights I did a 15 minute cardio incline on the treadmill. So about 47 minutes. Fitbit estimates about 269 calories were burned. I felt really cute at the gym today. Looking good for yourself at the gym helps so much to have a great workout. Feeling good about how I look at the gym helps me feel more confident and mentally so much better. I do need a better chest and tricep workout. I want to become stronger in my arms. My back and bicep days are fun, but I dread chest and triceps because I don’t have a good plan for it. I’ll work on that today.
Today’s calories burned and reflections: The HEB orange chicken I had was soooo good! I can't believe it was only 560 calories because it left me so full. I will be getting again, it's just expensive but on coupon this week. Way better than the lean cuisines lol. My projected calories burned for today as of 9:30PM is at 2330. Giving me an estimate deficit of 1430 calories. I was a little worried with a goal of 800. Obviously I went over a little bit.
Day 1 - Healthy Skinny Girl Diet
I am going to try this diet out. I hope it helps and will keep me on a better diet plan. Maybe posting on here will keep me more accountable. Since I work out quite a bit I felt this diet plan keeps me from restricting too much since I will be burning a lot of calories.
Day: 1
Weight: 167.2
Breakfast: Black coffee (~5) Lunch: Store made turkey sandwich (570) Dinner: PB&J made with low cal bread and PBfit. Chips. (500)
Total: 1125
Goal: 900
Workout and Calories Burned: 36 minutes at the gym. 10 minute treadmill incline warmup. The rest of the workout was leg day. Leg press (w/ 270lb plates), glute kickbacks (38lb), and hamstring curls (30-40lb’s) Good workout today. Fitbit projects this workout burned 243 calories. It wasn’t my longest workout but I didn’t even want to go to begin with so it was an accomplishment to just be there.
Today’s calories burned and reflections: As of 6pm my projected daily calories burned is at 2355. Giving me a deficit of at least 1230 calories. I will probably get up and walk around the apartment some to burn a little more. I ate more than my goal, but I also had a weight intense workout. I need to eat more protein. I am on my 88th day streak of more than 10k steps.
My weight is at a standstill and it is driving me crazy!! Just trying to stay positive and think it may be muscle gain...with a little bit of bloating. It’s one of those weeks I guess.
So frustrating...I was in such a big deficit yesterday but because the one thing I decided to eat was high in sodium I am so bloated. I even drank a gallon on water. Well, not eating that again. Freakin delicious salty orange chicken.
