There is nothing much I can tell you about my AU since is just Komaru being in despair but i can give you a clear comparison about it in my animatic.

In canon, Monaca's plan was to turn Komaru into Junko Enoshima’s successor by traumatizing her. If the player chooses to break the controller, we see Komaru get psychologically defeated. She just stays there telling herself "it was all my fault" while the Monokuma Kids die in the explosions. She’s depressed, hollow, and has no life left in her eyes.

In my AU, it’s similar, but it focuses on the spiritual side. When Komaru is at her lowest point and gives up, she gets trapped inside her own mind. That’s when Ghost Junko moves in to possess her and take full control. While the "real" Komaru is stuck inside being depressed and unfazed, Junko is using her body to act crazy and smile, eventually breaking the controller herself. Even Toko notices something is off, but she can't prove that it isn't really Komaru anymore.

and the Future Foundation would be terrified because they’d see "Komaru" acting exactly like Junko Enoshima. They wouldn't know about the ghost or the mind-trapping; they would just see her smiling while she kills thousands of kids. To the Foundation bosses, she’s no longer a victim, she’s just the new Junko. They would likely give up on saving her and shift their mission to killing her before she can leave the city. Makoto would be heartbroken and confused, while the rest of the Foundation would treat his sister like the world's most dangerous enemy.
