Max is still simping for Grace but is hart broken for her clear rejection. Goes to Stacy for help. Richie and Ruth are just Richie and Ruth. Pete and Steph are secretly dating. Jason is secretly crushing on Grace. Grace is secretly crushing on Jason
It establishes Professor Hidgens life and how he’s discovered The Lords In Black existence alongside their cults. He wants to prove himself to them. To show them that he isn’t like the common human that they seek to destroy.
Set up the teens plan to go to the prom. Pete with Steph. Kyle with Brenda. Ruth and Richie just going together as friends. Jason and grace. Stacey and Max going together as friends
Professor Hidgens is planning on kidnapping the perfect representation of each Lord in black and has a crazy office with pinboards with pictures and red strings on them. He just needs to find the perfect specimen.
Professor Hidgens starts secretly looking for the perfect specimen around town, eventually deciding on Ruth for Pokey (theatre nerd), Jason for Blinky (eavesdrops a lot without meaning to), Pete for Tinky (president about time), Kyle for Nibbly (stress/ comfort eats a lot) and Richie for Wiggly (the wrath he feels whenever Max bullies him)
We follow the teens perspectives as they all get kidnapped
Professor Hidgens deciding on how he should follow through with his plan. The plan being to destroy, reconstruct, rebuild and sew together the teens until they represent their lords. When that’s done, he’ll sacrifice them to the lords to prove himself.
I don’t know if this is character accurate or not and I definitely have more chapter ideas but it sounds like it could be a cool fic
