The fanbase-led organization LOONA Union has been advised by lawyers that Orbits can help LOONA with their lawsuit for contract termination through a petition. LOONA Union has reached out to LOONA’s law firm, and they have accepted Orbits’ offer to help.

Please read everything carefully before proceeding with filling out the petition form!

1. Go to bit.ly/LOONAUNION 2. Download and print the form 3. Fill out the form by hand:

At the top of the page write the following information: full name, address, contact, date of birth

For “contact” you can write your phone number or your email address, in case of phone number please block out the middle digits (012 – xxx - 1221)

If you have more things to add to the petition, write it down by hand, using the 5W1H method. Write the reasons for loss of trust as a consumer. Avoid(!) writing about facts of the legal case or contracts, or making emotional appeals. Write authentically and factually about what you have felt as a fan regarding the world tour schedule, damages caused by the BBC etc. Do not copy given examples word for word.

At the bottom of the page write the date, your name and signature

4. Take a photo of the filled-out form (using the iPhone notes app or a scanner app like CamScanner) or scan it 5. Save the file with your name (yourname.pdf or yourname.jpg) 6. If there are multiple photos or scans compress them into a zip file or merge them into one single pdf file 7. Upload your file and submit it before February 9th, through the link provided in step 1
