woke up hideously early and was thinking about GW2 and how mouse & keyboard hurts my hands so I sat down for a few hours and worked this out. A suggested layout for controller in gw2, using JoyToKey. I also use the gw2 radial menu addon which can be installed via gw2 addon manager, however this is optional.
