They are deflecting all the past things they have said and shared that are still available to go look at. Like- Quincest did not just happen because of incest kink- It happened because as a collective fan base we were like:

"Wait what did you say", "What did you write", "You said what about Tegan?", "You did what in the banter on stage?"

Like bruh, you GAVE us a CVS length receipt of things that YOU did and said that made us go "wait, what???".

As someone who has a history in human behavior, psychology, and perhaps most importantly- someone who has been a part of threesomes where there were siblings involved (I was the cover and excuse for them to do whatever they wanted and I literally sat back and watched), on multiple times with multiple different partners- incest happens. It just does. And perhaps the best way to address it is to quote Sara: “well yeah gross, but God bless John Irving for touching on that”.

So First, from watching the documentary I will say- Holy fuck bruh!

Second, I realized that you are very aware of this section of your fandom. (Already knew this but you confirmed)

So, I wanted to take a moment to explain that we as a subset are generally very quiet, respectful, and concerned for your wellbeing in general. (That might sound strange from the outside -bear with me.)

It has been common knowledge since I started being here (14+ years ago) that there are rules:

-Do not tag you in anything.

-Do not bring any of this to your attention.

-Do not approach you at venues or the like with any type of intent to speak of or share anything involving this subset.

-Do not go to the "mainers" tags and cross post etc.

-Be sure to be as polite as possible and always use triggers and tags as needed when posting writing, pictures, art, or theories.

Mostly I want to say that I am sorry if any of this has caused you any distress. However, this is my ship and I mean no harm with it.

I will never cross a line and will do anything to be the most considerate that I can be.

Finally, as a fan, I think that this subset would be the most accepting of anything in your life when it is clear that mainers and other factions have been boisterous about the idea of disownment and disgust if any of this were actually true.

I hope that you heal from everything that was shared in the documentary as well as things that you will never share.

A lot to unpack Quindom.

First, Sara uploaded a really heartfelt message that was very sweet. It had the text in the picture above, as well as pictures of her, the baby, and Tegan. If I did not know who these two were I would assume that it was a happy family of two moms sharing an update of the past year of their life with a new baby. And, I'm gonna be real- it totally fels like that.

Second, Tegan added her singing to Georgia- she was singing BWU (Be With You), and that is a Sara song. The lyrics are supposed to be - "I love you, I don't need a ring to prove that you're worthy, you're under my skin". However, Tegan sings- "I love you, I don't need a ring to prove that I love you, you're under my skin".

Third- in the video for BWU it is a running joke that Sara mistakenly proposes to Tegan.

Holy fuck- they are a family! This is their baby, you can’t convince me otherwise! Like, ma’am, ma’am’s, Quins, are you ok?? Did you run out of fucks to give??? Quincest flex so hard right now- quincest showing insane. And the song they put with it!!!
