Business Temperament: . “You must have heard of people saying, #business is like a child in the starting!” . So, it is but natural that it has temperament (mood) as well! . Let’s understand something powerful here, . Many startups are failing badly even before a quarter or 2! . Why? It has a very simple answer i.e. 'new entrants are not aware of some basics of SEED MONEY!' . Yes, even big businesses also faced these issues many times. . My friend, any business or startup have some specific temperaments which actually defines its nature, sustainability, volatility, existence etc. . For e.g. Derivatives in share-market space are extremely volatile and risky on the other hand Mutual Funds have less! Both are parts of the share/equity market but have different temperaments. . Same as every business have a different temperament. That temperament also demands these 4 things from you with your seed money! 1. Investment (You must invest-nothing is free), 2. Risk-Taking Attitude (Mandatory) 3. Specific- Skill Sets (If you don't have-learn it) 4. Patience (Mandate!) . You have to understand these 4 factors. Highest #unemployment rate 😰: “The report claimed that joblessness stood at 7.8 percent in urban areas compared with 5.3 parts in the countryside.” There are 3 major factors I figured out in our #Catalystic ntrepreneurship researches & surveys: 1. Govt. have limited jobs & our youth are only looking for Govt. jobs. . Note: I have met people of 40+ years of age try for Govt. jobs and not doing anything else for living (they are ignorant of the fact that their age eligibility criteria already slapping their faces 🥴) . 2. Private Sector is highly competitive so it demands competent employees equip with all sorts of competences. Note: Due to lack of competences people are forced to be “Underemployed” with rigorous work patterns 🤕. . 3. Job seekers are more than Job providers at micro levels. Note: Our youngsters are not aware about entrepreneurship and laws of the land are like thief to discourage existing entrepreneurs as well 😡. .
