WE ARE IN A MOMENT OF DEEP DESPAIR, AND OUR HEARTS ARE HEAVY WITH SORROW.
WE KNOW THAT YOU FEEL WHAT WE FEEL, AS THE SITUATION IN GAZA IS TEARING US ALL APART.
Every day in Gaza is a new tragedy, the war continues, and the bombs never stop falling. They talk about a ceasefire in the news, but on the ground, all we see is more bloodshed and destruction.
The feeling of death follows us everywhere, with constant shelling and airstrikes that show no mercy. Our children are living in freezing cold, under tents that offer no protection from the wind or rain. Life here has become harder than ever, prices are soaring to unbearable levels, and hope for a better tomorrow feels further away than ever.
We don’t know what tomorrow will bring, but we live in constant fear that the war will end our lives before it ends itself. We pray from the depths of our hearts for peace to return, and for this nightmare to end before it consumes everything.
if you wish to help us, please share this post with everyone. your voice might reach someone who can make a difference and help end this suffering.

Samah (@/samah-2) is a mum to a newborn little boy, a two year old little girl, and their big sister who's only 9. Living in a tent has been miserable for the whole family: boiling and eaten alive by insects in summer, freezing and soaked to the bone in winter. It provides no protection from the relentless IOF bombing either: they all survived the IOF's attack on Mawasi just over a week ago, left rattled by how close it was but there's nowhere to escape to. On top of it, basic supplies like food are unimaginably difficult to get. Aid is still not getting in & famine has spread south too.
The situation in Gaza is probably the worst its been in the entire 14 months of this genocide. The conversations of a potential ceasefire don't really mean anything: the immediate threat of death remains.
Despite this, Samah's campaign has recently started slowing down badly; it'll make chances of evacuation slim, but the more immediate concern is starvation. Her original account (@samah-h) got shadowbanned, limiting her ability to campaign right now too.
Please help out however you can!

Good morning my friends!!!! This is a post for my dear friend Samah. @samah-2 is a mom with very young children and a family she needs to support. They have only 11 percent of their current goal. Can we try and get that to 25 percent by Christmas/Hanukkah????? Please!!! Or even by the 20th! Lets do this. This is urgent, they are in dire circumstances and really need support, especially with the worsening weather and ongoing israeli violence.
Please tag friends on here, send it it to them, share with your families, do whatever you can. Maybe in the tags, say if you donate and encourage a match. Even 5 dollar matches can go a long way if you have a platform.
It goes without saying that I should not have to beg people to donate. I know we are all in rough times but even a tiny amount and direct effort towards visibility can help.

She needs your support to achieve this goal, and every small contribution makes a big difference. Please help by sharing this post with your friends so the message can reach more people. This is her new account after her old one was banned. Thank you for your continued support
The situation here in northern Gaza is still worsening. Israeli attacks are increasing every day, and we live in constant fear. Although there’s growing hope for a ceasefire soon, I want to remind everyone that even if a ceasefire happens, the journey to rebuild our lives is far from over
My family and I lost our home in the war, and with your help, I’m raising funds to rebuild it. This money will not only help us recover physically by rebuilding our house but also emotionally, by giving us a place to call home again
I know it’s easy to cling to the hope of a ceasefire, but here, we are still surrounded by uncertainty. The bombings haven’t stopped, and the fear of losing more loved ones is overwhelming. Just this past April, I lost my father and brother. That pain is something I carry with me every day
Your support means the world to us. Every donation, no matter how small, helps us take one step closer to stability and safety. Please consider donating and sharing this campaign—it’s not just about surviving today but also about securing a future for my family

I’m saddened to share that the last donation to my campaign was two days ago. Please help me by sharing my post and spreading my campaign as widely as possible. Your support means everything to me
The horrific scene of the children lining up for food portions is heartbreaking. The way they looked, fatigued, intimidated, and pale, appalled me to the core. At such a regular time of the year, they presumably stand in queues for their school days, yearning to learn and grow. This adversity hasn't moved the needle in this malicious world. No one seems to care about the future of tens of generations trapped in the uncertainty of the world.
The timestap function does not matter on this post, because I could have said this sentence at any point during this previous year and it would've been just as true. Mawasi Khan Younis has once AGAIN been struck.
And once again @samah-h and her family of five are in dire need of help.

For the first time, winter has become a heavy nightmare instead of a season of rest and tranquility. In these fragile tents that barely withstand the wind, the cold and rain have come to expose their weakness and deepen our suffering.
Last night, we were completely flooded. The ground beneath us turned into a pool, and the rain pierced through the tent, relentlessly falling on our heads. The children shivered from the cold, their small hands desperately seeking warmth amidst soaked blankets. I tried my best to wrap them in my arms, to create a sense of safety in the midst of this fear, but everything around us kept getting worse.
As if wars and destruction weren’t enough, winter has come to complete the harshness of our conditions. The rain seeps through mercilessly, and the cold paralyzes us. Yet, we will endure. We have no choice but to endure, but the situation worsens day by day, and we don’t know what tomorrow will bring under these cruel circumstances.

A Confession from the Heart of Suffering: An Unbearable Reality
I hope you read my confession, and thank you. This is the reality of all the people of Gaza.
Whenever I think of the life we used to have before the genocide, I have to struggle to hold my tears so I don't cause my children more pain than what they already feel. Our life, then, was neither easy nor perfect but it was full of warmth and the simple joy of being together under one roof .
We have never felt completely free because we have always been under a siege that has only gotten worse during this war but at least we felt somewhat safe and we had quite a decent life with the means that we were allowed. What kept us going was our belief that the future might be brighter one day.
Unfortunately, there seems to be no better tomorrow for us anymore. Nothing remains of our previous lives but rubble and memories, and the future is so bleak and full of uncertainties. It's not just the walls of our house that were turned into ruins, it's our hopes and dreams that were reduced to ashes. Now, we only dream of things that might seem so trivial to other people around the world like being able to sleep in and wake up in a comfortable bed or having a meal without standing for it in line for hours.
We dream of having enough clean drinking water so we don't have to worry about dying of thirst. We dream of the days we had a home with a regular kitchen and stove, the days we could celebrate special occasions with family in peace. Above all, we dream of not losing the people we love in a split second and of living safely and with dignity.
Instead, we have been wrongfully sentenced to a life of fear, displacement, and humiliation beyond belief. It is a living nightmare here now. Everything needed to ensure the bare minimum of decency and normalcy is denied to us. As you well know, there is no safe place in Gaza anymore and We are deprived of simple rights like having having a roof over our heads or enjoying some peace of mind for even one single day. The airstrikes and the buzzing of drones almost never stop. We live with a very real sense of impending doom day and night.
The water and food scarcity are only getting worse with time. Even regular chores like cooking or doing the laundry have become true challenges. I cannot propely bathe my children because the little water we get is polluted and their sensitive baby skin keeps getting irritated.
Before the war, my nine- year-old daughter was so picky about which outfits to wear; it made me laugh that she acted that way at her age but now we don't even have enough warm clothes for the winter. It kills me each time she says she doesn't need fancy clothes anymore and only wants to feel warm and go back to school. What makes it worse is our tent has recently been flooded by rain.
The whole camp turned into a swamp overnight. The children woke up soaked, shivering and terrified. It was almost impossible to calm them down as the rain kept pouring. We are doing our best but even if we succeed in finding the treatment, it's going to cost almost a fortune. This is why we need your support even more now.
All we do now is fight for survival every day. I never imagined, even in my darkest nightmares, that I would be searching high and low to put food in my children's mouths and keep them warm or that I would be begging the world to literally save their lives but I have no other choice now.
Despite the unbearable suffering we're daily going through, I still believe in humanity. please keep us in your prayers and help us anyway you can. Donate if you're able to,reblog and share our story as widely as you can.We are grateful to each and every one of you

[plain text: save a palestinian family of four! end plain text.]
Abdullah Ameen resides in the Nuseirat camp with his wife and two extremely young children; the older being only one, the youngest being a newborn. The ongoing genocide makes it far too dangerous and difficult for Abdullah and his wife to raise their children securely and safely. He has also recently amended his campaign in order to evacuate his mother, who is injured with a pelvic fracture, and sisters.
His campaign began in April, yet it has received only a fraction of its goal of €35,000 throughout the past five months. His family must be evacuated urgently, especially since he is with a newborn child and his injured mother, who is unable to visit a doctor.
His fundraiser (link) is #134 on @/el-shab-hussein and @/nabulsi's vetted gaza evacuation fundraiser list. (link)
[image id: two images of Abdullah with his family. on the left, he is smiling next to his one year old son, Amin. on the right, he is holding his newborn daughter, Palestine, while his wife stands next to him holding Amin. end id.]
By August 12th, it is our aim to boost his campaign so that he may reach €8,000 in donations. He currently has €5,483. This means that there are €2,517 left to go.
There is still a long way to go after this goal is reached, but it is urgent that we make a start now.
Tag list under the cut. Let me know if you'd like to be removed.

Hello,,
I'm Ahmed Alanqar, 34 years old, married to Dina Alanq… Abdallah Alanqar needs your support for Helping Ahmed's Family: Escaping
Ahmed (@zinaanqar) needs our help more than ever!! Please consider donating to him, the goal is so near so please help to finish it out!!
If 100 people donated €10, we'd have raised €1,000. If 900 people donated €10, we'd finally reach Ahmed's goal of €75,000.
I've donated €10, so please match me if you can and reblog with a screenshot!! If you need another incentive, there's an art raffle you can enter if you donate! Let's keep going!!
"Across the Gaza Strip, at least 2.15 million people, or 96 percent of the population, are facing high levels of food shortages, with one in five people facing starvation. (...) Fresh produce, including cucumbers and tomatoes, are among the most expensive after Israel destroyed most of Gaza’s farms, wells and greenhouses." (source)
Prices of basic goods fluctuate depending on how much aid has been let through on any given day. Right now though:
Flour (25kg): $150 in the south, $1,000 in the north. Before the war it was $9
12 eggs: $32 in the south, $73 in the north. Before the war it was $3.50
Cucumbers (1kg): $8 in the south, $150 in the north. Before the war it was $1
Tomatoes (1kg): $12 in the south, $180 in the north. Before the war it was $1
Faten & her sister both have dietary restrictions and both need at least fresh produce on occasion in their diet. This is especially true for Faten's little sister, who's diet can be the difference between needing invasive surgery and not. Displacement and relentless bombing has stripped the family of their livelihoods. They have no choice but to rely on donations for basic survival, but donations have basically completely stalled. Please keep donating and sharing, even the smallest donations will make a huge impact. (vetted here, #289)
