Totally forgot to finish this challenge a month ago, so here we goooo!!
1) I was pet sitting a big, white dog at an apartment and decided to watch the series while I was there. I want to say I saw the episode where Bond is introduced while I was at that apartment and thought "wow, how hilarious that I'm basically petsitting Bond right now".
2) Loid. I love him. He's great because he truly cares for the people around him and wants the best for everyone. I can't help but laugh when he tries so hard and Anya and Yor mess it up somehow because they can't reveal their secrets.
3) Franky. He hits on every, single, woman, that are all wayyy out of his league. I think he's a nice guy but he needs to realize how relationships actually work. I get the feeling one day we will see him with a girl though.
6) As in, favorite song in the soundtrack? I like the main theme I guess.
7) I love all of them. Endo really knows how to keep his audience entertained, no matter the length of each chapter.
8) Hmm... I don't know. Nothing is coming to mind.
9) I burst out laughing at the part when Anya slapped the "bomb" on her chest and gave Damian and Becky a fright. That part always gets me.
10) Anya crying at the school interview.
11) Anya's vision from Bond's vision that Loid would die from the clock tower bomb. That was a big turn. That wasn't supposed to be pun but I'm keeping it.
12) I love it when Loid tries to dress up like a fun Dad on the cruise ship and wears 17 ridiculous items at once from the gift shop. I hope one day I can see someone cosplay that.
13) I always like it when Loid and Yor have their bad-ass moments together. Loid disarming a bomb on the ship while Yor fought several bad guys at once.
15) I love Yor and Miranda's friendship :)
16) I think Donovan's line " humans are simply liars" is a really great quote. Especially since he might be a mind reader. Everyone has lied to this guy his whole life, and he knows.
17) Too many to pick just one. I love the art that Endo drew for the Spy x Family movie.
18) The early episodes look great
20) Anime chapter art? I don't know know what this means.
22) I love all of them. They don't really feel like arcs.
25) Nobody's really forgotten in this series. I'm waiting to see a backstory for Sharon, one of Yor's co-workers.
27) The places we haven't seen yet.
28) I think its going to involve a rescue of some sort. I really hope the Forgers get a fun, cool action sequence where they all work together to defeat a bad guy, whoever that might be.
29) Hopefully another 100. I'm in for the long run. No pressure Endo, lol.
30) Endo puts a lot of detail and care into every single panel and it shows. He really understands how audiences are these days, where we are used to foreshadowing, spotting common tropes, and other things. And he purposely does not give us enough information when there is a twist in the story, and I love it. He gives us the perfect amount of info that we need to remain intrigued and keep us guessing, vs feeling like we have the right answer. I like to theorize a lot, but I know I'm probably wrong, which isn't a bad thing. I like a good surprise. I'm really curious where this series will go.
