🖋 “I wrote my way out When the world turned its back on me I was up against the wall I had no foundation No friends and no family to catch my fall Running on empty, there was nothing left in me but doubt I picked up a pen And I wrote my way out” Writing has always been something that’s been very private to me and one of the few outlets I had when I felt like I couldn’t control my emotions. I’ve had this notebook for almost 2 years now and I’ve still got a lot of empty pages to fill but there are a few select poems that I’m truly proud of.
