Sometimes, if you’re lucky, there will be a tree outside your bedroom window. It is very important to romanticize this tree as much as possible.

i love it when things stop bothering you. like two months ago i was totally bitter about so many things and now im like “u know what i don’t even care” & that’s a beautiful feeling

It kills me inside when I think I have to act cold to protect myself knowing I'm the sweetest and clingiest soul you'd ever meet.

just living life clueless to all of the good things that God has planned for me.

take your morning back from distraction and phones and planning and worry. wake up and drink water, move slow, brush your teeth, scrape your tongue. prepare your herbs and massage your body with oil. do a breathing exercise then rinse off. leave your phone in the corner. make a simple breakfast and your coffee. chew your food and only do that. when you’re finished, move on with your day. you’ll get more done during this morning moment than you think - maybe an hour of time total. this sounds like pushing productivity but im not, it’s ritual+routine and that makes humans feel really good. try it out for a month and see how nourishing and impactful it is to move with carfeul purpose, just for yourself and no other reason.

If I ever stop talking to you & remove you from my life, I hope you understand how hard it was for me. I have a bad habit of holding onto the little bit of good in ppl, no matter how bad they clearly are for me. So if I don’t fw you anymore, it’s bc you pushed me past my limits

I’m literally the happiest girl when I’m in my own little world doing my own cute little things
