to answer, maybe ? manipulation is just a psychological tactic I mean he's at like stage 1.5 of assessment and care (lowkey someone sent it to me in psych class so I'll link here to learn more cuz whynot; lame ass villain "I'm the manipulator" website but wtv LMAO). there are a lot of cards to play.

based on that conversation, it was like. a 30/70 chance of being accomplished, mainly because sans has that attachment of Hazel and. doesn't want to lose that since it's extremely strong, he is her right hand man, she sees him as a friend, she's his closest friend, etc.)

i’d say half and half that i agree to that - i meant in my point, in general, that he’s vulnerable when he’s low, as in the q conversation he started out totally fine but then q started poking at things that he was still.. i don’t even know the word, like recovering over? (the iou aftermath, consequences, etc), and that’s what i meant by vulnerability on a low mental status, and that’s what you also said. also what i stated about “being vulnerable at a low point” didn’t necessarily mean that he was at a bad point at that certain moment (which i mean is kinda iffy because he doesn’t have anyone so i would say he’s pretty low), it just meant that he is capable of, being manipulated at various times because he’s. still trying to grow and change himself for the better.

and you said that “he’s just vulnerable in general” and forgive me if im wrong (you probably meant mentally), but he is still able to fight for himself physically and you know, have the capability of reaching out and asking for help.

I think that yes, sans is still growing, he is growing to become a stronger person (to support his friends, as well as to prove to people), but when Sans is down, like mentally, it makes him so incredibly vulnerable.

q would state that Hazel is just like him (q), in the way that they both control people, just in differentways, hero villain comparison, etc. now shortly after/later into the conversation, sans would repeat this, solidifying the fact that well. q is getting into his head. quote here:

"Sure she's controlling people, but she does it better than you." -sans

"Exactly" -q

and you can tell that he clearly got upset at q agreeing with him, because sans doesn't want that to happen, sans doesn't want quakitus to get his point across, because that's well. the goal of manipulation, and the word that got across heavily was well. "control".

I think the worst part about the iou with q is that it only lasted 3 days (cough)

I wanted the emotional toil from the hello friends/consequences streams to have lasted longer and I wanted to see more come from the book. But it’s okay I have hope for the future.

hihihi !! i do wish that it went longer, but it did end for a good reason so unfortunately there's not much to say on it; it did open up an absolutely amazing character plotline for sans so i'm excited about that.

bliss!sans should be put through the rings of hell once again and I think that would be very fun. (my thoughts on sans' Bliss character) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i think it's extremely ironic how past words have seemingly caught up to sans, whether he liked it or not. On day 1 of the server, Nebula told him "btw Bliss is the most actions have consequences server", which is like. yeah. That echoing voice will be looming in your head Forever, as well as the 3 words that Sans signed in that IOU, "Dont hurt me" Because not even physically did he get hurt during that IOU (in terms of being gem broken), but it was him having to hurt others. He's the Equivalent of the "it's over" "we're so back" graph, as he was solo at the start, and is. well solo now. (in regards to 1 energy for 1 shulker box of dragon's breath) "Sans disagreed with this deal, as energy was an important asset of Bliss members' gems, and players were unable to reverse a broken gem due to the Bliss Point."

yes I did crash out when he signed the IOU as he had miraculously better deals in the past. (although never necessarily knew the relationship with q and the rest of the server)

I also find it extremely interesting how (at least in the end of the IOU shenanigans to I would say present time) his perspectives on his friends/other members of the server would shift, Because Let's Not Forget that he was trying/about to snake yet again Another relationship during the q Hazel fight. Now although this has changed significantly, it like. lightbulbs my brain about what would happen in another situation like this, as during this, Sans well. was alone and had genuinely no one. I will say that I am happy that he's growing/changing - helping out Solar Flare (which includes Monarchy). like just a tad if I'm feeling nice. Waiter I also enjoy Balance and Sans, it's so nice to him and kind and like. the support that he needs...
