For context, the au is a post mace season 1 au where after dying, dumb spends the inbetween season afterlife in an alternate universe where the world of mace wasn’t one that was designed in the way mace is. So no godmaces, no losing your inventory, no op to abuse, no mobs spawning. And in this version of the world, there is no one who is seeking power—which also means some of them have been fundamentally altered as people in this world (almost to the point where it’s not. Them. Anymore). Dumb finds themself in a world where everyone they tried to save is happy and safe and in a world that has not ended. And it’s distinctly a world that has lacked them up until this point. Food for thought.

This is why everyone’s not in their mace outfits tm and instead in their ‘normal’ outfits I draw for them. Also. Peep the new main dumb and stormz designs. Grinning emoji. Yes I chopped stormz’s hair short.

On a different note. This drawing was also just me wanting to draw like a bunch of cool ccs I’ve started following over the past year. Idk angsty au idea aside, I kind of just wanted to make a little commemoration piece for them and everything. Shrugging my shoulders purjopa is always a sap around the new year. Btw what happened to bullying your fans. Stop being nice to me.

Just to be safe

I haven’t finished the vod yet (cough mugm ls world) but I read blissblr and understand the gist of what happened with coin, and honestly yeah. I feel like right now he has no reason to and most likely wouldn’t but he isn’t completely against the idea even with whats already happened.

During the last conversation with q he entertained the idea of signing another iou; tbf idk if that was ooc but I’m gonna take it as in character just for the sake of the argument. I kinda wish that sans didn’t just brush off q agreeing to give up his whole echest and like talked about it more. His justification for not signing was that “he’d end up like pinity, gembroken” and I feel like that’s such weak reason when theres so much more valid reasoning to not sign. He could’ve said that he didn’t trust q, said something about his loyalty to Hazel, the wound being too fresh, or genuinely just not wanting to go through the trauma of an iou again. Those are all more sound reason then being worried about being potentially gembroken. Especially because he’s more valuable to q, and q already has shown that he’s willing to sacrifice a decent bit to maintain leverage.

I think sans switching sides is very dependent on his relationship with solar flare, specifically Hazel. I think if something happens with Hazel, it gives q enough space to get into sans’ head enough to do something. Because unfortunately, I think sans needs a team/people to rely on and he seems willing to do anything it takes to get that. Before sf he was cozying up to le, giving wyll nem items and I don’t think it’s to far of a reach to say that if he was given the opportunity he would’ve fought with Le just for the safety. He also was offering to help q against sf the day coin left iris, so I don’t really think there’s too many hard feelings left over from the iou for allegiance duo.
