For context, the au is a post mace season 1 au where after dying, dumb spends the inbetween season afterlife in an alternate universe where the world of mace wasn’t one that was designed in the way mace is. So no godmaces, no losing your inventory, no op to abuse, no mobs spawning. And in this version of the world, there is no one who is seeking power—which also means some of them have been fundamentally altered as people in this world (almost to the point where it’s not. Them. Anymore). Dumb finds themself in a world where everyone they tried to save is happy and safe and in a world that has not ended. And it’s distinctly a world that has lacked them up until this point. Food for thought.

On a different note. This drawing was also just me wanting to draw like a bunch of cool ccs I’ve started following over the past year. Quakitus has already said, that with no effort on her end, that sans is already following the path that she took to get to her current point. Q lost herself trying to prove herself right, and now Sans will lose it all needing to prove her wrong. He is resolved to sacrificing sf, his own autonomy, his second chance with Hazel. Everything. to prove q wrong. He knows that is what q wants too, he said himself that Quakitus was exploiting his vulnerable mental and his isolation. Even despite being semi aware, he sounded so resigned. He sounds so convinced that he has to. He spent the whole conversation warning rylan, describing exactly why rylan should run in the opposite direction.
