Of course he did. However, his words caused her to pause and make a face.

“Y’know. You’re more of a shit than I thought you were.”

The words were hastily scoffed as she waved a hand over her shoulder befores he began to walk away once more.

“Puppets this, puppets that. You ought to get a life.”

“Excuse me?” Relius almost seemed shocked by this woman’s words. “I really don’t see what I did to merit that comment. Not once have I mentioned puppets around you.”

Her sudden, rude words had caused an undisguised frown to cross Relius’ features, his brow creasing and his lips contorting in a downwards fashion.

That. That was a bit too far, was it not. The weapon blinked then and sighed. Maybe she had him pegged as the wrong person? After all, she knew not if this actually was who she thought it was. From his words and the fact that he wore a mas, she had assumed he was Relius Clover. However, now doubt littered in her thoughts she shrugged.

“My apologies. That was...Really rude. I don’t even know your name.”

The Grimoire rolled her shoulders upwards into that shrug of hers. Why had she said anything at all about the puppets? Why had she jumped to such immature conclusions? It was because she was hotheaded, immature and brash. That smile fell into a slight frown herself. After all, she had not actually intended to show she had any knowledge about him in return. So instead, she bit and chewed on the inside of her cheek.

Some days were good, some were bad. Today? Well, today was shitty. At least so far.

Annoyances were common and she was easily triggered into irritation and the like. This was a bar that she frequented, one that she tended to get contracts from.

The doors to this particular bar were old Western styled, on the hinges where they could be kicked in and walked through, without the necessity of a handle. The female sighed and shoved her way through those hinged doors, her blue eyes shut as she walked.

Arrogant was probably how she seemed, which she was. She opened her eyes and let out a bit of an annoyed sigh before she made her way to the area where the contracts were set out. Of course there were some oddities out and about in the room. People, no, creatures, that she had not seen about before. That thought only earned a shrug from the resident hard ass as she sighed and rolled her shoulders.

A sigh and she reached a hand out to scan over the words on a particular poster. Right when she was about to take it, a pasty, bony, white hand snatched the poster right from in front of her. Obviously, she had just been about to take it and whoever this was had decided to take it from her. That hand was still reached out, before she sighed and retracted it.

Another moment and she had rounded on her heel, hands at her hips to scowl rather menacingly at the, ah, skeleton that had taken the contract right from her. That irritation only seemed to grow instead of falter at the sight of the tall skeleton.

“I was about to take that one, you shithead.”

It was an obvious reaction when one had something snatched right from beneath their nose. That annoyance even seemed to grow stronger with every second he remained silent.

Should he pursue her? Ask questions? His head barely followed the others movements, but he was thinking. Thinking about what to do next.

This is a pretty big issue for me actually.

And not just because it’s really amazing to see what other muses say, think and feel about your muse when they’re not around but because I WANT SOME CONTINUITY. I’m trying to create a continuity for my character where everything that isn’t an AU has feelings and actions making sense depending on a timeline and people they know and love. Actions have consequences. Relationships and events change people. Roleplay without that is… well, repetitive… and not very fulfilling to me.
