I think some of the best self care in the world is to pick out one thing about yourself that you like. I did my first photoshoot the other day and I'm so chuffed with the results. I'm most proud of the fact I've managed to do this when my body isn't at it's peak condition. I am a little heavier than I have been i am a little less toned and firm as well.
