everything we're exposed to on social media has a direct effect on our perception. that's why i hate when i see certain posts on delicate topics & y'all just oversimplifying something complex. romanticizing something that just ain't it. or tryna normalize some nonsense. then the more susceptible folk eat that shit up. cuz they lack the discipline & self awareness to even discern reality from fantasy. they don't even realize they picking up these irrational views that end up shaping how they think / act. idk man. there's just so much on these medias that can distort our realities & that shit scary. cuz it's all consumed so freely. not everybody got the sense to be mindful. maybe I'm just getting old & simply growing tired of the internet lol. all i know is this not a real place & i wish more ppl understood that
