Ward Terauta
Ward is a local handyman living in Floaroma with his daughter and pokemon. Jovial and agreeable, it seems he knows guy for everything or knows thing or two about that thing himself. It's pretty widely known that he is a retired Pokemon Ranger, although he rarely brings it up himself.

Link
A battlewise gallade, Link is Ward's oldest partner. He can often be seen about town helping run errands for the household. Serious and protective, he frequently supervises Amber when Ward is busy with work or other matters.
Sara
A roserade who once belonged to someone from Ward's past. She is highly emotionally intelligent, and will frequently patrol town to turn away violent or dangerous pokemon.
Viv & Vern
A mischievous pair of ninetails; one kantonian, one alolan. They often play with the local children, and sometimes orchestrate harmless pranks around town.
Bruce
A large pangoro Ward rescued from an abusive home. Gentle and patient, he spars with local pokemon trainers to help them hone their skills.
Ridley
A flygon that recently began hanging out around Ward's home. Aloof and flighty, he comes and goes as he pleases.
Amber McCollough
Ward's daughter from a past relationship. She had been living with her mother's parents until their recent passing. Curious and precocious, her tenth birthday seems to have lit an adventurous flame within her. Although she claims to chaffe at Ward's doting tendancies, she still admires her father and his Pokémon a great deal. Her current team consists of a few pokemon given to her by her family: Tara the snom, Meg the thwakey, and Mick, the toxel.
Holly Southshore
Ward’s younger sister. She lives in Laverre Town with her Baltoy, Tater, her Bewear, Bertha, her smeargle, Vincent, and her Aegislash, Buck, along with her husband, Barry, and his partners. She takes care of pokemon whose trainers are on vacation, and is a noted artist in the region. She can be a bit coarse sometimes.
Amelia Laburnum-Terauta
Ward’s mother, and renowned professor of inter-species communication. Her Beheeyem, Fi, and her Magnezone, Xen, assist her in her studies.
Ilmarinen Terauta
Ward’s father, a drifter with a penchant for archeology. He is often seen with his Jumpluff, Fluffy, and his Mincino, Stella.
Rules
I’m really laid back. It’s a problem. As long as you’re having a good time, I usually don’t mind where an RP goes or what it contains. All I ask is that you don’t take agency away from me by god-modding or controlling my characters (unless otherwise discussed).
If you want to start something, just let me know. I will probably ask to plot any threads at the moment. If I am familiar with your character and their skills, I may leave extra information in the tags for your character to notice or not notice depending on what strikes your fancy.
