The Sim on the left is called Simone Simpson. The blonde one is unamed but I think Simone and Stephanie sounds nice together, so I'm giving her the placeholder name Stephanie for my own records lol. You can see where Simone gets her name from here, where you can also see a cute design for a PC talking to Rosalyn:

"Stephanie" also appears on this magazine at the very top, including appearances from other unused Sims at the bottom right and the male Sim next to Gino. Guy next to Gino is giving Greg, not sure why lol. Bottom left is an early Iggy design, I think they should reuse him, call him Phoenix:

This character render has apparently been named Tim after the executive producer for MySims, Tim LeTourneau. He even has a figurine made after him, but he does not appear in any games. :(

Coincindentally, the next unused Sim is the pink-haired kimono girl on the rooftop of the above. She is so cute! There is a palette swapped version of her here with darker skin:

I feel like they are besties that go clubbing a lot, so I think Melody and Cynthia are a good fit for them. The guy with spiky hair is also a promo Sim. Since it says hipster outfit, I feel he has a kinda out there name, like Wallace.

Just know, if I knew how to mod, I would add every single character back in to the best of my ability. I don't think mMySims really allows custom characters outside of just replacing already existing ones, but a woman can dream.
