Apples and avocados will help lower your cholesterol. Avocados can lower it in 4-6 weeks eating one per day. Overnight oats made with almond milk with like cranberries and walnuts, pistachios or almonds. If you like grapes, those help too - pretty much any fruit thats high in pectin will help.

They mentioned avocado oil to me too (which I did not know was a thing until all of this), so I have to get some of that and try it out...but if a full avocado helps, I have to try that too!
The oat thing is where I have problems, lol. Well, that and all this disgusting ass pasta they keep recommending me, that shit is soooo fucking ass but yeah. I have never been able to eat oatmeal or anything oat related for my entire life so that is going to be a tough one.
This is why I spent a whole decade dodging my doctor's attempts to get bloodwork out of me 🤣.
They told me that a gold trick for lowering cholesterol is getting bland/sea salt popcorn and drizzling extra virgin olive oil on it and eating that as a snack and you know what? It's actually not that bad.
