I don't want to talk too much in details about my personal struggles and I'll probably delete this later but...depression and anxiety are real bitches. That feeling of loneliness and desperation that never leave you, when you'd rather go to bed to go through your day than going for a walk and enjoying the beautiful sun. When everything and everyone annoys you. Or worse, you think youre annoying everyone. You think you'll never find real happiness again and good moments in the past are definitely in the past. You put a mask on every day, a full face of makeup to hide your pain and stay strong for your loved ones because they need you and you have to. That's what its like for me at this moment. Seeing my therapist today and she helps me on some aspects, but still. The overwhelming feeling of sadness will be there for a majority of my day I imagine. World Mental Health Day.
