1. Ride Gray Vehicle to Dream Porter which is in single dimension. There are only 10 instance or dimension of the Dream Porter  site which doesnt have any intruder

2. Gray Vehicle will transport to the dream porter site which is in its own space. Gray vehicle has 10 running military escort

Process for issue of citizen card

1. Have a line of residents

2. Get generic UIS card (unli card supply)

3. Choose ID Register Software from hand computer

4. Type Card number from back of card

5. Input Citizen name 

6. Take fingerprint thumb and index left and right

7. Take picture of citizen

8. Take birthdate

9. Input profession

10. Issue card

Ask if citizen has already an address in the UIS domed sector If none suggest to proceed to issue of residence which logs them to official census book of UIS
