MOBS fromDowner absolutely no one starts 1 hour 40 ish. Timestamp didnt work
When MOBS was teased and released with the video, I really enjoyed the song with it's more doom metal sound and was excited to see a lot of witchy, ritualistic theme in the PV. Quickly reading the translation for the lyrics I didnt really understand or see the connection for the video.
Now, this full live was shown and we see this is an emotional song. The tone completely changes vocally. The performance had me go back and reread the translation to understand why this performance was so emotional and introspective (kyo isnt singing to the audience, hes in his head and barely acknowledges the crowd during this performance.) A song about battling your optimistic self, chasing dreams as you grow older and coming empty handed and continuing to repeat. Is he talking about the face he has to present to the world and fans as the optimist and then inside he feels like a fool? The translation you dont really understand who the song is directed at until the last verse or so.
I have such a new appreciation for this song after the live performance as this band seems to do everytime.

Kaoru's setlist was a nostalgic journey. I've never sent a superchat in my life and sent 2 this stream. I got so excited hearding my two favorite songs.
I take back everything I said about that MOBS live from Kyo's stream. Kyo, why you crop it at that part of the live? The beginning was so powerful... edit- all of it is powerful and its not so jarring seeing the context of the spot it was cropped and knowing it was the last song before the encore.
