My sweeth tooth radar was going off, so decided to make myself a treat. Here's the recipe if you're interested.

Seared Ribeye heart, with button mushrooms poached in Beurre Noisette, topped with Sofritto, and Burgundy Jus.

Grilled Skirt Steak with Balsamic and Rosemary Cannelloni Beans, Carmelized Red Onions and Thyme Jus.
