I know this is a tv show and that the tv show itself is fatphobic but what the hell ?? A doctor telling their patient they basically ate enough for 4 years ? Telling them they don't need to eat anything ? I didn't watch the whole thing but it can't be true... Young minds watching this thinking it makes sense and applying that "logic" to themselves is what breaks my heart the most.
