-2cups flour

-1/3 cup sugar white

-2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

-1 teaspoon salt

In a heat pot

-Add 1 1/3 cup milk

-83 grams of butter

Combine in stand mixer

-add one egg

Once mixed for 2 mins and is a smooth paste add

-2cups of flour gradually

Mix for 10 mins

Then let dough rest for an hour

After dough has rested

Spread dough and add cinnamon sugar mixture with butter

Roll into any size preferred

Once done baking cover it right away so it doesn’t harden

-1 can of creme cheese

-112g stick of butter

-3 cups powdered sugar

-vanilla
