Anxieties. Rumination. Such simple thoughts. Yet so embedded, complex and horrible. Why do I compare myself to others, convinced I’m falling behind? Why do I underline what I should have done more of? How about what I did do, or what I bring to the equation?

Bit by bit, I move the fulcrum to favour positivity, vibes and reality.

And luckily I’m naively optimistic. Regularly grabbing those figurative scissors and snipping the anxious threads holding me back.
