"In five hundred twenty-five thousand Six hundred minutes How do you measure a year in the life"
Noah Puckerman; Age: 27.
It's been a little over two years since I've been home. Two years since I found my way back to her, back to my family. And in all honesty, it's taken me two years to finally get over what happened to me. I can't say I don't still think about it, because it's not something your able to just forget but I am better, more often then not I'm able to sleep through the night.
Even if Finn went about things the wrong way, he was right about one thing. Talking about it really did help. Unloading that kind of thing on someone wasn't easy, My mom tried to get me to see a therapist for months and I refused. Talking about it was one thing, but talking to a stranger? That wasn't going to happen. About seven months after being home.. I finally spilled everything, But not to some therapist.
But to Kurt. Who only made a couple comments about My mohawk during the conversation. Probably to make things a little less tense for me. But either way, I'm thankful that he was the one there when I broke down.
And now, things are a little easier. I'm still trying to move on with everything, mend the scars so to speak. And I'm not sure that would be possible without all the people in my life. My wife and daughter, and my friends who let's face it. Have been more like Family to me for years now.
