The dragon was angry at himself for resorting to this – All these pent up emotions of rage, and more prominently fear, were now raking through his form… The quiver of his wings, as he slowly made his way up the Bowman’s arm, and snuggling himself around the back of the collar – Tail moving to wrap around his throat, firmly enough to only have a hold, and nothing of too much pressure… Hating that it was all coming down to his fearsome self needing the help of another… This had his emotions nearing their boiling point, and steam came from his nostrils. The tiny form huffing out, and curling tighter to the man’s neck.      “….For all this – you may still wish to do just that, Bowman…          But for now… I shall remain as quiet as I can be…          Do not let them see me!!” { @x-blackarrow }

      Bard was less than impressed with the circumstances himself, but there         remained a dire need to do good—if only to keep his conscience clear of         any impending reprimands from anyone at all. It would not sit well — with         him — should the dragon be forced to live in such a state and yet fear as         great as anything he had ever known, swam through his veins.

        Taking care not to intentionally, or accidentally, crush the tiny beast as the         two finally made their way through a patch of ruins—the bowman thought         on all those times he had helped others before, never out of selfish need         for anything other than making sure they were well looked after. Yes there         lingered, still, a part of him that scolded his decision to help the t e r r o r,         thinking on what he would no doubt do when he regained his size.
