He’s quite an irritable Shaman due to the loss of his fellow Shamans… he’s mostly depressed due to that fact so he comes off as cold but in reality he means well,,,

He goes by any pronouns but I refer to him with masculine ones,, he doesn’t care though :]

Really like this design compared to my old ones :3

Lilac is kinda… feral but has motherly, protective instincts around Cricket so she cares for them like they’re her own child 🥺

She’s so got dang big with those wings,,,, plus my vesselsona who cries to themself

They’re a skittish little friend who means well but typically gets into accidental trouble which does not help with their distaste for confrontation as they’re a pacifist ^^;

Fun fact: the crystals on their body are a mutation, as it’s believed that during the outbreak of the infection they hibernated inside Crystal Peak and somehow the crystals attached to them,, unfortunately they seem to be at a sort of constant pain due to this judging by their typical slouched form, but they’re doing their best to deal with it

Also, don’t ask about their arms—nobody knows whether or not they were born without them or has some form of incident,,

Played Journey a week ago and I loved it—it was a beautiful experience !

Seeing the Wanderer’s red cloak I was like,, Hornet would look great in that,,,

There’s barely any representation of non-binary characters out there in media, so it hurts that when there is people ignore it and call characters by the wrong pronouns just because they don’t want to make an effort. Please, make an effort to refer to characters as they should be !

If you mess up, then you mess up—no big deal! Just try again and say you messed up, you wouldn’t call me he or she even though my pronouns are in my bio, right?

They’re girlfriends !! And they adventure around together ! They both originate from a large settlement that I’m still developing as I’m trying to integrate their story into a HK setting…

Pepper is a very knowledgeable but lonely bug, typically forgotten by most. She has trouble interacting with others due to her forced isolation but has shown to be very kind, sweet and selfless. It is believed she writes and reads texts and collects foreign objects to inspect and inscribe. Her damaged chitin is described to be an “embarrassing accident” but many believe she is lying.

Tacti is a determined bug who was adopted into a prestigious family that she describes to be “cult-like”. The scaring on her chitin is from her aforementioned adoptive family as it is their mark. Due to her family’s forceful beliefs, she is more seen as a delinquent towards them as she commonly disagrees. She is quite cold towards those she does not know, but very different around Pepper.

The two go way back as they’ve known each other since childhood albeit their relationship was rocky due to Tacti’s family being abusive towards bugs they deem beneath them, so she was forced to be a bully type towards Pepper.

As they aged Tacti began to develop and regret her actions and eventually persuaded Pepper to come with her and explore the vast world they live in. Tacti promised Pepper that she would protect and care for her to make up for her behavior prior, Pepper being as she is already accepted the apology but Tacti still swore to her and was devoted. Eventually as they explored they grew closer; Tacti growing a crush on Pepper (or well it’s debated when this feeling began as she’s known to be flirtatious towards her). It is still unknown if they are in a official relationship, they have seen to be affectionate but many passerby’s cannot tell.
