Hey, I saw your video on fixing marvel legends figures on YouTube. Thanks so much for making that video. Just finished fixing all the bow legged and stuck jointed figures I have. (Marvel and DC!) I DO have a question for you. I've got a wolverine figure from 2003. He's got a waist joint that swivels and is really really loose. If I remember correctly I think it came loose out of the box. Do you know if it's safe to do the heat and pop method with that joint? Don't want to break my figure...

Hi there, sorry I did not see this message! I cant tell how old this is either as there is no date. but getting back to your problem. if the swivel is loose, you dont necessarily need to take it apart. WHAT I WOULD DO. is, rotate the body half way, to expose the lower part of the crotch piece. ( sorry hard to explain) simply put, i would use super glue, and apply it between where the lower ab section meets the top of the crotch piece. as you apply glue, start rotating it constantly until it spreads and it dries. this creates a new layer inbetween the pieces and will firm up the area and make the joint less loose. do as much as you need to get the desired results. Start with a dab or two, very small. This is what i would do if i had this problem. i strongly advice you to start with very small amounts of glue.. a dab or two. rotate and rotate. and try it again until you get the idea and hang of it
