Succubuses evolved from sirens which also share the same ancestor as the slime. They came from the deep sea which is just a fuck ass blob that shine many colours to attract prey it's way in the abyss.

As they moved upwards they evolved to either sirens to keep attracting prey, taking different forms to cater to their prey of choice so some random fish could very well be a siren. Due to food scarcity from competition with mermaids and other aquatic animals they started to target land animals and humans were easier to target since they dwelled around the ocean so the siren that most know of came to be.

These human-like sirens then evolved to be succubuses that feed off magic instead to ensure longer survival by integrating themselves into society that would provide food to the succubuses instead of having to kill humans to survive like sirens.

However, vampires and succubuses are a convergent evolution, vampirism is a disease with no cure that can be passed down to kin.

Not to be confused with werewolves that are from generational curses that can be undone but you might have to tap into ancient magic to get rid of it or fulfil certain qualities to break the curse. Werecurses have long been outlawed by the Magic Bureau and penalties involve undoing the curse and magic restrainers for up to 20 years and jail time for 10.

Slimes are just an invasive species in most places, although coming from the same ancestor as the intelligent succubus and sirens, they gave up on attracting prey and maxed out on durability and are mainly mindless like jelly fish, some debate if they even can be considered animals as some strains have stolen chlorophyll from plants and decided to use photosynthesis instead. They rarely hunt, they just attempt to eat everything that comes their way, they reproduce like a cell after eating enough anyways so they don't seem to care about getting hurt. Best way to kill slimes is to just crush their cores, they cannot be harmed in any other way. Do it fast, they have strong acid in their bodies, some species can dissolve metal in minutes. Luckily they are pretty stupid so their cores aren't hard to reach. Their cores can be used in potions and in cooking as a meat substitute, usually used as fertilizer.

There have been some sightings of slimes that are sentient, which would immediately become a pseudo dragon level threat. Inform your local library about any such sightings which will be brought to the Magic Bureau head quarters, an infestation of sentient slimes would be catastrophic.
