Is Namor a Socialist in the comics?
In the comics Atlantis is a Monarchy, Namor's word is law but he does have an Atlantean Royal Council made up of advisors, noble people, warlords, etc. Namor heeds their advice and decides what is the best course for all his people.
Namor often chooses common citizens who have proven themselves and elevates them to high ranking positions, such as Vashti the Elder being made into Lord Vashti, the Grand Vizier of Atlantis. Vashti is Namor's most trusted advisor.
The Atlantean people will remove Namor from power if they feel he isn't right for the task, often banishing him while the council or someone else rules in his place. Elections/Challenges are held to determine who is best fit to be the ruler but they must have Royal Blood. Prince Byrrah would try to challenge Namor and speak to the people to dethrone him and let Byrrah rule instead.
Namor will always put the Atlantean people before himself and before Atlantis, so yes I would say he is a socialist in the comics even though he rules through a monarchy, to be quite honest the Atlantean World Builing in Marvel Comics is not alot. I believe Talocan will have more world building since the crew had stated there is a 400 page book that was created for the world of Talocan.
Is Namor a Ecologist in the comics?
Yes, Namor is very involved in the protection of the seas and nature, he knows alot about the world and seeks to protect the creatures in his realm from harm. Often stopping poaching, and senseless killing of these sea animals. Namor is an Eco-Warrior, he will fight against corruption and pollution from the human world, and has been shown in the comics to fight an evil corporation called Roxxon both in the sea and in the boardrooms of their company, because for a time in the 90's Namor tried to fight the human way with his own company called Oracle Inc.
The comic Dying in Paradise is my all time favorite Namor comic, which you can read here, and it shows how Namor's world is affected by the pollution of mankind.

Attuma, Warlord Attuma, Attuma the Barbarian
Attuma is one of Namor's main enemies. He hates Namor and the Royal Atlanteans. In older comics Attuma is a generic Barbarian Warlord who fights Namor because he believes Namor is unfit to rule the seas and Attuma wants to be King of Atlantis.
As of King in Black: Namor, Attuma is said to be of the Chasm People, and he harbors a great grudge against Atlantis and Namor. This is the best book for the latest take on Attuma as it shows the friendship between Namor, Dorma, and Attuma before it all fell apart.

Yes, the Atlanteans are shown eating fish and other food from the sea, they often show it as food that is just raw, so it leads me to believe the Atlanteans are able to eat raw fish with no issues. I have many headcanon posts about Namor + Food on my blog over the years. I tried to tag them the best I could but "imp headcanons", "my headcanons" or "namor headcanons" or just "namor food" might help you in search through them because I've written about it before many times and I've reblogged art of Namor enjoying bagels and other surface food from fanartists. We often joke in the Namor Fandom that Namor loves junky surface food and things he can't get under the sea like bagels and pizza because he is shown to be enjoying them in the comics.
