Stupid thing for Romyneto where they're trying to early days awkwardly make a polycule work and Gambit is trying to find Erik attractive in the way Rogue does and struggling and one night he comes in and Erik is reading on the couch and it's his stupid little reading glasses that do it and Remy is just horrified with himself, both for being that basic of a bitch and because he can never tell Rogue because she will still be making fun of him when they're in the retirement home together
