The moon beckons.

                        The step forward before she jumped at him gave this girl nothing but reassurement. It was a sign of trust, wasn't it? She thought--no, she hoped so. Her grip on him was secure, not too tight, yet not as loose to break free at any time soon. So jessica squeezed the other in a hug, radiating nothing but happiness from her person. Today had turned out better than she'd ever hoped.                         This girl knew no bounds when it came to affection, she'd not had any for at least six years, so the other's simple reaction made tears threaten at the corners of the brunette's eyes. Thankfully, she was able to choke them down before she pulled out of the hug, feet steadily planted upon the ground as arms drew their ways back to her sides.

"Was that maybe...a little too much? I', sorry, but...this is the best thing to happen since, well. This happened? Hah."

                        Motioning to her body with one hand, Jess let out another small laugh, noticing finally that there were, indeed, people around. Oops.

                        A relieved sigh passed her lips, looking down at her feet as her entire body washed over with a feeling of some sort of happiness. So she wasn't alone after all. Thank goodness for that. The brunette was starting to think she'd be alone forever. Her eyes flicked up, her expression reading nothing but a slightly muted joy. And where the other was able to restrain himself, she was not. 

                        A running jump was what came next, Jessica throwing her arms around the man's neck, acting anything but her age with an accompanying laugh.

          [Nodding at the handshake, the brunette retracted her hand with a smile upon her lips.]                   "Yeah, the houses are nice. I've been hotel hopping,                   and I've been staying here for a few months. It's a good area. Very quiet."

         [More or less over the particular scent of the stranger, Jessica had resumed a more relaxed pose, off guard. She could be trusted, or so she hoped.]

                                 [Rather than disturb the other, Jessica simply raised a hand and idly patted his head in a soothing motion. She'd never been around another wolf, not since the day she was bitten, so this was...pleasant. She didn't want to disturb him more than she had to, not at all.
