☆ it’s not talked enough in regression about the hard big angry feelings. It’s not always relaxing and playing

☆ All I want to do is scream and tantrum

☆ Things aren’t going my way and I’m not spoiled for feeling that

☆ I wanna scribble all over my pretty drawing in a black crayon

☆ It’s okay to feel this way

I try to include my stuffie(s) in the activity we’re doing

I carry a comfort item around

I am partially or completely loss of speech (only while regressed/temporary)

I get overly excited about little things

I get spacey/ dissociate

I get clingy, or whiny

I don’t want to be alone

It’s later in the day, I don’t know about others but I regress closer to night time

I’m more sensitive

I want to watch kid shows/movies

My voice changes, usually higher pitched or just softer/quieter

I’m giggly
