read my diary from ages 6-11 until i cried. then read various other diaries feeling pretty weird and horrible but also put into perspective rn is so good and im so chilling

Feel like I’m heading towards real healing but I’m also consumed by anger, ready to fly off the handle at anyone who hurts me etc. it feels better than the being numb tho, I have been feeling the dull ache and emptiness after a part of me withered off and I couldn’t face myself or the world or anyone else for awhile because of how scared I was scared and also just didn’t care enough about my life to muster strength to enjoy. I do t know I don’t wanna speak too soon and jinx it I just feel so happy about being somewhat excited to do stuff I used to enjoy in my alone time and also excited to reveal myself to people and be in potentially vulnerable positions again
