Drupal WTF

This dubious advice was offered:

“If your Drupal cron fails to run then most probably the process is stuck and needs to be fixed manually.You will have to open the common.inc file in a text editor (for example through cPanel->File Manager). It is located in the includes sub directory of your Drupal root folder...“

An interesting implementation of hook_block_view():

function custom_block_view($delta = '') {    $block = array();    switch ($delta) {        case 'connect':            $block[‘content'] = custom_contents($delta);        case 'ourteam':            $block['content'] = custom_contents($delta);        case 'next_article':            $block['content'] = custom_contents($delta);    }    return $block; }

The function custom_contents() of course consisted of a switch/case block.
