just saw someone say that the worse thing about the justice league movie was Batman's characterization because Batman doesn't tell jokes and I'm not sure what comics they're reading but I am not reading the same ones, and there's definitely worse things in that movie

what do you do when you allow yourself to sink to someone's level and hurt them the way they hurt you? because fuck, it happens more than I'd like and I've apologized to them in what I hope is genuine enough because I'm sorry, but I'm not and I feel horrible and sick at the fact I'm not as genuine as I wish I was
