"We're in this together now."
Take some Riju comforting Link because Riju loving hours are good for the soul
Riju was out and about in the desert, since Naboris was secure, her guards were more open with her wandering. Riju walked to the little bazaar in the desert and noticed a familiar face at the edge of the pool.
"Link!" Riju called out as she then began to walk over to the blond hero. No, blond boy. Link looked up at the chieftess and just smiled, which was only a little unusual. Riju stopped beside Link, who looked down at her.
"Hello Riju," greeted Link. Riju raised an eyebrow up at him, curious how he became so serious. Usually when they saw each other, Link cracked the first seal joke.
"What's wrong, Sandstom?" Riju asked, although it caused Link to sigh and sit down on the rock. Riju followed, and still stared at the blond. Link had become become a great friend, especially since Ganon was gone and they could hang out more.
"Just, worried."
"About?" asked the red head, who rested her hand on Link's shoulder. Link tensed up a second but then went back to how he was before.
"What if I somehow fail again? What if the same thing happens to you, Sidon, Teba and Yunobo like what happened to-" Link rambled before Riju sighed and covered his hand with her hand.
"Link, I want you to listen to me. We're in this together now. Hyrule isn't resting on your shoulders anymore. It's resting on everyone's, for them to defend their homes from monsters or to seek out the Yiga clan. Sidon, Teba, Yunobo and I? We've got your back." Riju pulled her hand away from Link's mouth, who processed the information.
"Okay, thank you." Link said, and gave a small smile now. Riju nodded, and cheiftess now smiled as well.
