Writers Resist Philadelphia

Today, in cooperation with the national Writers Resist coalition and HeadCount.Org, we invite you to join us for a day of literary protest dedicating to galvanizing the vote. Write the Vote: Writers Resist PHL March 29, 1-4pm Parkway Central Library (1901 Vine Street) These events, which will be held across the country, are inspired by and in service to the legacy of Toni Morrison, one of America’s greatest writers. Together, we must follow her example to reclaim the power of words to uplift us, to communicate truth, and to incite change. Speakers and partner advocacy organizations to be announced.
