Helpless Henry and 3 silly souls rented a boat with 4 fishing poles.

He started the boat and sped out to sea. While casting a line, one bumped his knee.

The motor conked out. With only 2 oars, Henry tried rowing back to the shore.

Day got more cloudy with waves growing strong; crashing and splashing like a beat from a song.

He paddled and rowed 'til hours passed by. The 3 silly souls whimpered and cried.

"Shaddup your faces!" Henry grumbled and groaned. These waves are too strong," he mumbled, then moaned.

Muscles were aching; he searched to prevail. Then noticed 'Paulette' from Fort Launderdale.

Henry stood up and waved his sore arms, yelling and shouting, as if an alarm.

Just then the captain, who stood by the bow, yelled down to Henry, "Do you need a tow?"

He nodded; then captured a long, braided rope. Henry's companions finally had hope.

"Did yuz catch anything?" Captain yelled to the souls.

"Just the line in the motor from 1 fishin' pole!"

they hollered and chuckled; then buttoned their lips.

"Next time," yelled Henry, "You'll all take a dip!"
