              but what if she wasn’t kidding ?  now that she thought about it, it didn’t quite seem like the time to bring up that kind of possibility.  she tenses, eyes widened and brow lifted; the very image of surprise.  a quick glance and she frowns before nearly shoving it into her opponents face.

boney fingers tap, tap tap impatiently against his duel disk. the spirit of the ring found no pleasure in a fight without challenge, and this opponent was comically outclassed unfamiliar with the game. it brings to wonder what he was doing here, what he thought he  saw in her.

what an amusing game they play, pretending like they don’t know what the other does. like the young man before him was indeed bakura ryou, and didn’t know a little piece of the rod was still in hie head, still whispering in the american’s ear. or maybe the ‘bandit keith’ was really as stupid as he looked.
