Talos is Fucking PISSED

“’S called Nailed It… ‘s the one where… they have people who dunno how to cook… try an’ make pintrest cakes an’ stuff…” Char chuckled, yawning midway through. It was a nice show to have on in the background, if somewhat frustrating to watch people make easy mistakes. But, they were biased, they cooked a lot…

Gradually, their breathing began to even out, and their expression softened. Daniel could feel their mind starting to clear, in a sense. Emotions slowing down from the frantic and agitated pace they were at before. Falling asleep wasn’t so hard when they had someone there to soothe them a bit.  It was staying asleep that seemed to elude them…

Daniel hummed quietly as they told him about their show. Admittedly, it did seem like it’d be quite entertaining, but now wasn’t the time for asking them for more about it. Once they had gotten more sleep, maybe they could watch it together. 

“Unacceptable, how could I neglect you this way…” Charlie yawned, trying to settle in and just relax. It was a task easier said than done, their mind often racing through several lines of thought at once. The perils of being high-strung and anxious all the time.

If this didn’t work, they’d have to just wait for the crash. It would suck and wasn’t good for them, but they weren’t sure what else to do. 

“Really, you’re slacking on the job here, Char. I’m hurt.” He said with a pout and a quiet laugh. Once their hair didn’t feel like it had anymore knots in it, Daniel started trying to fold it into a loose french braid. It kinda worked. He didn’t have a hair tie on him though, so he had to leave it loose.
