Once   upon   a   time,   Thor   had   a   concept   of   what   that   meant   but   in   this   business   the   tables   can   turn   so   quickly.   There's   always   more   he   can   do.   More   than   he   can   accomplish.   They   always   say   'you   can't   save   everyone'   and   that   may   be   true,   but   it   isn't   in   him   not   to   try.   "I'm   not   sure   what   that   means   anymore,   Jill.   I   really   don't."    His   heart   my   be   in   the   right   place   but   he'll   kill   anyone   if   they   are   on   the   wrong   side.   Shouldn't   that   come   with   more   remorse?   He's   been   engrained   to   get   the   bad   guys.   The   ones   trying   to   turn   the   world   upside   down   with   viruses   and   bioweapons.   Maybe   he's   just   having   one   of   those   days.   Who   can   do   everything   he's   done   and   not   feel   some   sort   of   regret.   The   same   goes   for   them   all.   At   the   end   of   the   day,   he'd   do   it   all   again. 

His   eyes   are   alight   with   wonder   as   the   former   soldier   before   him   continues   to   talk.   Every   one   that   ever   knew   of   James   Barnes   can   only   regale   of   how   SILENT   he   usually   is,   but   this   is   a   side   that   is   surprising   for   the   god   of   thunder   to   witness.   James   is   telling   a   story,   his   eyes   full   of   his   own   brand   of   enthusiasm   that   catches   Thor   in   his   chest.   It   tugs   at   him   in   ways   he   cannot   comprehend.   He   does   not   dare   interrupt   in   fear   of   discouraging   this   magnificent   side   that   he   is   so   lucky   to   witness.

Asgardian Warrior: fur lined shoulders. tactical plate armor. mjolnir reimagined as a military grade shock weapon.

Casual thor: multiple layered shirts with hoodie over top. jeans. boots. sunglasses.

BSAA Thor: future unlock. Heavy anti-biohazard armor and combat equipment.

Viking Thor: bear pelt. leather armor. braids and more braids. long beard. massive axe!

Cadou Thor: the secret unlock. wolf like mutations, clawed hands, glowing eyes, electric charge aura , torn tactical gear.

Thor   looks   up   from   where   he's   crouched   down   beside   a   generator,   a   wrench   hung   loosely   in   his   hand.   His   expression   remains   entirely   serious   as   he   gives   a   slight   shrug.   "I   considered   it,"   he   says   before   going   back   to   what   he   was   doing.   "But   I   found   the   atmosphere   lacking."   WIth   a   flip   of   the   switch   the   generator   comes   to   life   and   he   stands.   "There's   also   a   giant   creature   running   loose   in   this   facility   which   usually   tends   to   ruin   the   mood."

it's   not   the   first   time   he's   been   beat   to   hell   and   it   won't   be   the   last.   The   last   thing   Thor   wants   to   do   is   make   this   a   bigger   deal   than   it   is.    The   blast   of   cool   air   hits   him   in   the   face   as   he   walks   into   the   office.   Compared   to   the   heat   outside   it   damn   near   takes   his   breath   away   but   that   could   also   be   the   massive   hit   he   took.   

He   won't   admit   to   being   bested   in   any   form   but   he   also   can't   hide   the   fact   that   he   IS   injured.   He'll   hit   up   medical   in   the   morning   but   for   now   he   wants   to   kick   off   his   shoes   and   just   sit   down.   He   barely   registers   Leon   in   the   room   and   waves   off   another   that   asks   him   if   he's   alright.    Only   when   Leon   speaks   does   Thor   bother   to   look.   "It's   nothing.   I'm   fine."   Obvious   he   isn't   but   he   can   breathe   and   that's   enough   for   him.   Everything   else   can   wait.  "I just want to lay down alright. I'll figure it out later."
