I write, when it's 3 am in the morning and my mind wanders to you because there you are beeping away at my phone. With the same spoken word videos you used to show me playing in the background, it feels just like it did a year ago, two years ago, three years ago. Even when my heart is full and I don't need to think of you anymore, my mind wanders the minute you make an appearance all over again.

Sometimes, I listen to this song and remember the moments when I first fell in love with it. Adam Young's voice, the tempo of the beat in the background and Breanne Duren's voice in the chorus.The way the song transitions into the chorus, giving you those few seconds of pure instrumental music which gives the chorus an extra sense of wonder. But most importantly, I remember lying in bed, eyes closed, listening to it on repeat over and over and over again. The words slowly becoming more meaningful and more a part of my life at that time. All those naive teenage feelings being felt.

As much as I discovered other songs that I enjoyed as equally, I always go back to this song when I need to remember about the past
