Clint in the comics is my absolute role model/soulmate/spirit animal.

I literally do not understand why the mcu slept on this character. I mean LOOK AT HIM AND LISTEN TO HIM. He has the potential for a whole fucking movie saga if you just followed the script. He might be like 30 but he is as childish as anybody. He is so much different than how the movies portrayed him. I mean in the movies, Clint is literally flawless. In the comics, he fucks up like hell. In the movies, he has a FAMILY, while in the comics he has Lucky, the dog he recued, and Kate (a girl he trained and taught to be a better hawkeye. They fight side by side and share the name “Hawkeye”). Clint in the comics is a literal icon, while the movies (kinda) fucked the character up. Don’t get me wrong, Jeremy portrayed him perfectly, but it was just… the character itself was too…. unlike the comic’s Clint.
