An AU in which almost everything is the same except there’s a Kingsman Academy to get through first – a boarding school which houses students aged from fifteen to eighteen. The Academy runs like a typical boarding school/high school, where they all live on campus and have their regular classes, however, they also go through the Kingsman spy training programs. At the end of it all, there are exams - both written and physical - and nine are chosen to continue the programs at London HQ. If chosen, an official Kingsman agent will sponsor each recruit. The others are either sent home or can apply for non-spy roles in the organisation. Eggsy Unwin is seventeen when Harry Hart finds him, and, sensing the future Eggsy will face if he’s left to his own devices, takes him to the Academy. Despite not being the typical student and being the total black sheep of the Academy (and also while being an incredibly late applicant into the program), he passes every entry test with flying colours, and Harry fights for Eggsy, begging the Board to give Eggsy a scholarship, and even offers to pay for half of it, just so Eggsy can have the opportunity. He receives it, but Eggsy soon begins to wonder if the snide comments and the cruel torments he gets daily are worth the possibility of becoming a Kingsman; to change the path he thought had already been chosen for him. Should he even fight for it?

of course not. why would you want your sight back? it’s so overrated. the high moral ground is way more satisfying than all of the colors of the rainbow and gazing upon the faces of your loved ones.

i get so busy. saving the world. avenging. guarding. putting out fires. i’m out there –– giving the people what they want. (or what they think they want…) saving the world, punching the bad guy… and before i know it this once-groundbreaking-piece-of-tech suit that defines me is old hat. it’s cliché.
