Regressor Dean Headcannons !

⭐️ - Dean regresses involuntarily, he regresses due to high levels of stress and his trauma.

⭐️ - He regresses to 4-6 usually, and 1-2 when he feels more comfortable.

⭐️ - He’s only really open about it with Castiel, him being Dean’s main caregiver along with Bobby when he’s needed.

⭐️ - Sam has walked in on Dean when he’s regressed, and Cas explained what Dean’s regression was. After that Dean was embarrassed but started to slowly regress around Sam.

⭐️ - CONSTANTLY chewing on things - either a paci or his fingers.

⭐️ - Has lots of car themed regression items. Probably would have a race car bed if he wasn’t so embarrassed.

⭐️ - He is extremely messy to the point Cas has to give him multiple baths a day.

⭐️ - He loves to play cowboys with Bobby and Cas, although Castiel doesn’t really understand how to play.

⭐️ - He plays outside a lot with Cas and Bobby. Cas always gets worried Dean will run off and Bobby has to remind Dean to stay close by.

⭐️ - He has a special dog stuffed animal that he takes everywhere.

⭐️ - Dean is constantly getting hurt in and out of regression, but when he’s regressed he decides to wear bandaids instead of having Cas heal him, he says it makes him look tough.
